This track suit is by Starter.  It is a two piece track suit.  The pants waist is elastic.  The jacket has a zipper and a stretchy band around the waist and ends of the sleeves.  The suggested height is 32 to 33 1/2 inches.  The suggested weight is 26 1/2 to 30 lbs.  This set is brand new and does have the tags.
