This top is by Children's Place. It is a white long sleeve turtle neck. It says "love & peace" and "follow your heart" in color changing white glitter. There are butterflies, hearts, and flowers all over the front in gold shiny thread. The bottom has a layer of lace around it and the sleeves remind me of the old bell sleeves. SUPER CUTE!!! The material is very stretchy. It is made of 94% cotton and 6% spandex. Suggested weight is 32 to 35 lbs.
