The Genuine Innovations Second Wind MTB pump is a hybrid CO2 inflator/pump, which is good for those who either need extra air or are concerned about being stranded without an inflator. It's an inflator with a pump built in, or a pump with an inflator to speed things up. The Second Wind MTB can take a tire up to 60psi with a combination of pump action and CO2.
The inflator accepts non-threaded 12g, threaded and non-threaded and 16g, and 25g threaded cartridges, the 12g giving 30psi, the 16g yielding 40psi, and the 25g yielding 60psi with a 2.0” tire. If you need to go all the way to 60psi, it's either an extra cartridge or pumping. If you choose to pump, you can leave the full or empty cartridge in and still get out all the air you need.
