Your Feedback is very important to us.
Sometimes few buyers give lesser Feedback for Shipping Time. Please note normally we ship all items next working day of receive of order by Speed Post / Registered Post and post the same on Ebay.
Occasionally we ship late but not later than 5 working days as what we have mentioned under shipping period.
Speed Post / Register Letter are the safest means of sending items. As per our experience never have any item been tampered or lost in Post.
Delivery does take longer (but is guaranteed) through Post Office hence kindly bear for some time, for delivery to take place.
We have had very bad experience with Courier companies. Many times buyers receive tampered shipments.
Please do not leave lesser feedback for Shipping time as there is nothing I can do about delivery Period once the item is given to Post Office.

All photographs are described in the description under 2 categories:
1. If mentioned ACTUAL. You will get the same item as shown in the photograph.
2. If mentioned SIMILAR. You will get a similar item of the same condition. You will not get the same item as shown in the photograph. Photograph is generic or stock shot.
Shipping:
Normally all items are shipped in the next working day (unless there is an emergency or any kind beyond my control) and shipping details are uploaded on the Ebay website, but for safety and record purpose we ship all orders in 5 working days.
Most of our items are FREE shipping nationally unless specified.
For International Shipping charges are applicable.
In case there is Shipping charges mentioned / applicable, we would be please to do combined shipping for your items for all items purchased within 7 days of 1st Purchased / Auction Won item. Please ask for combined shipping discount for the same.
All orders are sent by following means:
- Speed Post Nationally (Tracking available on India Post Website) – Posting Date + 3-4 working days approx.
- Registered Letter Nationally (Tracking not available) – Posting Date + 10-12 days working approx.
- Speed Post (EMS) Internationally (Tracking available on India Post Website + Country of destination Post Website) – Posting date + 10-12 working days approx. This service is only available on WRITTEN REQUEST of buyer as cost is very expensive. Please check with us cost of shipping to you location in advance.
- Registered Letter Internationally (Some countries tracking available) – Posting date + 15-20 working days approx.
- DHL / Fedex are also available for international shipping. Sometimes they do not carry few items. Hence please check with us for COST and possibility if you want me to ship your items through this courier means.

In case you do not get your items in the abovementioned time frame. Please get in touch with us as we have to launch complain with Post office for non delivery of you item.

In case shipping charges are been taken please note, that our shipping / postal charges are not only for postage but also include handling, packaging charges etc. Please do not complain to us or to EBay after purchases or payment that shipping and handling charges are high. Please do not give negative / neutral feedback for shipping charges. If you do not agree please do not Buy / Bid.
Packaging:
We pack all out items individually (customized packing) as per international standards. We are proud to mention that there is no way you would get a better packing of your items from any other seller that what you would get from us.
Our packing ensures that due to bad climate or package getting wet your item does not get damages.
Returns:
Normally returns are acceptable for this item if you feel that item is not as per description. We would accept returns within 3 days of receipt of the product if it is in the same condition as delivered.
Payments:
In case a buyer does not make payment within 4 days of sale. A case would be opened in the resolution center.
In case you have any problem for payment please intimate me well in advance so case is not opened.
