This is a vintage hat I think it is from the 1970's or even earlier. It is made by Betmar, has real fur and crinoline. The opening is 7 1/2", it has a stretch cord which can be used to keep it on top of your head. The fabric feels as if it is wool but it doesn't say what it is made of inside. There is also foam around the bottom which appears the person who used this, put in to make it smaller. It is 5" high and the outside diameter is 25". Being an Interior Designer, several times I use vintage hats as a form of art and hang it just as you would a piece of art but there is nothing classier than a woman wearing a hat, especially a rich, classy one!
