These are brand new army green slacks from Yoox, made in Italy so size 40 is European sise.
Waist is 30" zip front with a flap that covers the top of the zipper and ends at the side.
On the back there are 2 1" long straight straps that can be tied in the back or used as suspenders by attaching then to double bronze rings on the front.
Down each leg, there is a gold panel embellished with sequins, embroidery and patches of black.
Leg length is 38" and at the bottom of the leg, there is another strap with loops and bronze rings to tie tight.
The tag says the fabric is 70% Cupro & 30% Poly.
They are classy expensive pants with detail only the Italians do. On the photos, I tried to show the waist, leg and tie at bottom. No one will have these slacks and you will be noticed.
