 This is a new without tags, Lee Anderson Multi fabric Long Skirt. The base color is black with gold. There is burnout velvet, velvet which is open, fabric applied in a chenille green/yellow color. It is XS but has stretch at the top which makes it able to fit more than just XS. The top stretch is 30" around without being stretched, & the length is 44" Long.

This skirt has many items such as, from top to bottom, soft fabric with sheen with gold decorations. The next design has a horizontal detail and black tone on tone, very soft. Then there is another horizontal area with army green sheen fabric with accents of black velvet. Below that, there is a horizontal detail and below that is burnout velvet which is on pale black fabric you can see thru. Below that there is a one inch ribbon with a black and gold detail. Under that ribbon is a 4" high fabric see through with green fabric, black fabric and gold on black and green fabric. Then below that there is a 6" long fabric  with patches of green, black. lace, green and gold patches and gold pointalism.
Below that is the end and it is black, light with areas of uneven hem.It is not lined but where it is see through, it is more towards the bottom.
It is hand wash, 25% poly,25% silk, 25% Nylon, 20% acetate, 5% Lycra, I purchased this for myself but never had anywhere to wear it. This is rich and it was expensive. It would look great with a black tank which is a classic one, not an every day one.
