This is a new vest, without tags, that is made is CANADA by Tsunami. It ia black, size S/P and the pattern is ivory horses. It is 100% acrylic, machine washable cold, lay flat to dry.

It has 2 hidden slash pockets on either side and the material is similar to what skiers wear for warmth, it is fuzzy and durable. In the back is has elastic at the waist to cinch the vest.
