I am a huge cigar fan and was truly excited about this find. I believe this is is a Fostoria cut glass pattern. If not, it is an American pattern. See in the photos how brilliantly this piece is cut. Now I believe this was a cut glass dish and the silver layer was added later. The silver was coated with some sort of gold coat as well. But the gold coat is wearing off. The gold can be stripped. So this piece is truly custom. The diameter is 7 1/8" and height is 1 1/2". This would be an exquisite piece for someone you know who enjoy premium cigars. Trust me. They will love it. :)

Vintage and antiques characteristically have signs of age. If there is any obvious imperfections especially those that detract from the value I will inform you.
