Combined shipping is available on may items. We currently ship from 7 warehouses throughout the United States so we cannot always combine items. Items only available for combined shipping if paid on a single invoice. Please pay full shipping charges and if combined shipping is available, a refund for the difference will be issued, or better yet, contact us prior to purchase.
Please look at pictures and read description carefully. We will not accept returns on items that do not meet unrealistic expectations. Most of our items are handmade, therefore it is normal to have minor flaws or defects. Our items are inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping, damage incurred in shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is delivered with visible damage, make note of it with the carrier. Keep all packaging and contact carrier to start a claim.
Items authorized for return will include manufacturers defects, wrong item sent, or item not as described (nobody is perfect). Return claims must be submitted to us within 3 days of delivery.
