The entire decryption and compatibility is for comp128 v1 sim cards, please check your SIM version before the purchase. Reading KI and IMSI to comp128 v2 simcards is not recommended, as it will kill the sim card. If you try to read a SIM card bought since June 2002 you may not be able to do it, because phone operator companies are changing the algorhythm for the implementation of KI and IMSI encryptation.
