SHIPPING DETAILS Our items that have less than $2.99 shipping cost we are unable to provide tracking. Due to the USPS shipping regulations packages that are less than 1/2" in thickness do not qualify as a parcel. The package thick envelope is the only option that is available to us with paypal and ebay shipping and our minimum shipping cost under 4 oz is close to or more than the total sale price for most of those items. We are shipping these items in an envelope reinforced with card stock with a postage stamp. Therefore; we are able to reduce your shipping costs. However: since there is no tracking please notify us if your item does not show up in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Our combined shipping discount of $2.99 per additional item is not applied to listings where the additional item shipping cost for that listing is less than $2.99 because it trumps the cost that we have added for the additional item which is generally less.
