Stock Availability: Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship. On occasion, there may be a listing on eBay that is out of stock and being processed for deletion. In the event your purchase is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. As a buyer you have 2 options available:
1. We can process a full refund as soon as we notice that your item is out of stock.
2. We can backorder your item(s). As soon as it is received from the studio, we will ship it promptly. All back ordered purchases will receive an anticipated date of shipping. This date is NOT guaranteed, as it is solely contingent upon the studios delivery time. We will make every attempt to get it to you as fast as possible.
We will notify you as soon as we recognize that your order is out of stock. Please respond to this notice within 24 hours, or your purchase will be cancelled and all monies will be fully refunded.

Shipping: Handling time for all orders is up to 3 business days. We work hard to ship orders within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Friday. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service, unless noted. First-class shipments usually arrive in 2-5 business days. Media Mail shipments usually arrive in 2-9 business days. If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address or by a different shipping service, such as Priority Mail, please email us first or your order may not be handled to your liking.
Returns: All items include a 14-day money back guarantee. Only unopened or PROVEN defective items will be accepted. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us for return instructions. Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges.
