My customer was trying to upgrade memory for his Laptop and mistakenly pulled out both retention clips. You can still push it in and put memory and it'll hold it but it's a little propped up. I am including the retention clips. Should be a very easy fix, may be with glue or something. We do not attempt any repairs. We sell as we receive. The lower retention clips are perfect.
