This is a brand new 750W engine compartment heater in its original box and papers. The Boatsafe brand. Opened the box just to take pictures. It is in its original new condition. This size heater is designed for:

Boats with single engine plus a generator

The manufacturer recommends hardwiring the heater. The owner can plug this to an AC outlet but the owner must provide a marine rated plug as the heater does not come with one.

The following information comes from the manufacturer and basically explains what the heater does:

       "The product provides forced-air heat through a specialized patented case design to keep your engine compartment safely above freezing while maintaining ignition protection.  When the heater's sensor detects and ambient temperature approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit, it turns on and remains on until the engine compartment reaches approximately 55 degrees Fahrenheit."

The heater is in new condition and its original package and with all original papers but sold as is--no warranty or guarantees implied by the seller.
