ALEXANDER PALM Fresh Seeds X 100
	***On offer are 100 fresh seeds, just off the tree this season.***   Archontophoenix alexandrae, commonly known as the King Palm or Alexander Palm, makes a terrific statement either as a single palm, in rows along a garden perimeter, or in groups as a feature plant. They are self cleaning, meaning the leaves and seeds will evenually fall away on their own. The seeds form a large clump on the tree when developing. This creates a brillant display of orange/red colour and contrast to your tropical garden.  They have a lovely grey bark which may even attract moss if in the shade.      Once the seeds fall from the tree, they are washed and sun dried. They have a natural bright red protective coating which peels off after drying. Upon receipt of your seeds, some of this coating will already be removed, but some may remain. This will easily fall away once you soak them prior to germination. Easy and quick to germinate (4 weeks to 3 months). Germination notes provided with purchase. We have many seedlings and young plants ranging in size.
