This lily plant has fine grassy foliage that appears with or after the flower buds. This species is very hardy, easy to grow with foliage all year round. It is particular well suited for rockery planting, along pathways, garden beds or containers. They enjoy sunny or partly shaded areas in humus-rich soil with adequate drainage. It is easily propagated by pulling apart the bulbs and replanting singularly. Best planted in autumn for flowers next spring through late summer.
