Returns are accepted on an exchange basis and only if the item is defective.

Goods must be returned in the original box and include all packing materials, documentation, etc.
Buyer must email us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning the item.
We will gladly replace the defective item with a new one at no charge.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
