Marked 6422 on bottom of both pieces
Maker and age Unknown, is an older set, comes from a Fathers Aunt estate piece  Rose Pattern with Gold Rim with painted turquoise blue raised dots on cup and tray
Cup is 4" Tall, 3" top diameter, bottom 2 1/4" diameter
Tray is 3 5/8" top diameter, 1/2" Tall
No damages except noted below
The cup is missing some of the turquoise dots from handling and use
