"Velour and nylon scrunchi style hair bands that have a decorative rhinestone brooch. The bands mostly come in black but there are also brown, burgundy, green, and purple. The color band's brooch is gold with matching color gemstones in a floral pattern. The black nylon band's brooch is gold with 3-4 gemstones in the same colors as the colored bands. The black velour band's brooch is garden floral or insect in a silver mount with clear rhinestones. The bands are 1 1/4"" wide and the brooches vary in size. They come on a hang tag with UPC code."
