This dress can be worn as a mini dress or as a tunic. The top portion of this dress is crocheted with matching front and back patterns. The waist is cinched with an elastic band that stretches out to up to 32". The cream colored dots on the black micro pleated skirt is a nice change from the classic black with white polka dots.
