This silky, colorblock, cocktail dress is designed with a white bust and black from the waist to the hemline. This dress is gorgeously ruffled, at the bust, as well as at the waist. The bust is fully ruffled and complements the single, asymmetrical ruffle from the waistline to the hemline. The various ruffles look beautiful when paired with the sweetheart neckline, fitted bodice and matching, thin spaghetti straps. Hidden 12.5" zipper with hook and eye closure on the left side. Lined from the waist to the hem.
