- Annual Nettle (Urtica urens) has been used for many centuries in folk medicine to support clear eyes and noses. Modern research has recently supported its traditional use. - Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) has a long history of traditional use in the support of respiratory health. How do I use SOS HistaDrops?
SOS HistaDrops is taken when needed for on-the-spot support.
It comes in convenient drop form, making it easy to adjust the dosage for adults and children of different ages.
DIRECTIONS
Simply dilute the drops in about 1/4 cup (less for the younger child) of water or juice.
Adults and teenagers: 10 - 15 drops
Children 6 – 12 years old: 5 - 10 drops
