VINTAGE C.A. COOK COMPANY WOOD OFFICE CHAIR

This is a great, vintage office chair that was manufactured by C.A. Cook Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts circa 1930's -1940's. It is in great shape for its age with cane seat and chair back intact. The wood is solid of maple or oak, I am not sure. The chair back is fully adjustable by twisting the knob and sliding it up and down, then retightening the knob. The seat and spindle are of cast iron and the base and all knobs are marked with the Cook insignia. For someone who collects old office memorabelia, this is a timeless piece in great condition.
