A: if you have a phone that is 3G or Edge compatible the sim card will work
Q: I am told that you offer a flat rate plan in the USA for $79.95 per month, is that before or after the taxes?
A: yes we do, and this price is INCLUSIVE of ALL taxes and fees. you will pay just $79.95 per month and not a penny more for the National plan.
Q: What if I want to download a whole bunch of movies? will there be added charges?
A: You will have to have a subscription to a provider such a hulu for that service, however, we will NOT charge you for the DATA usage to download as many movies, songs, etc.. that you wish to download. When we say UNLIMITED we mean just that! As far as I know, Hulu.com movies are free to download and view.
Q: Do I have to sign a two year contract to get this service?
A: NO! we offer flat rate with NO contracts and NO credit checks! you simply purchase the service, activate the sim and it works for 30 days from that point, renew it before the cut off date and talk unlimited, text, pix, flix and data for the next 30 days and so on.
Q: I have heard that I can use my mobile phone on WiFi to call, is this different than the mobile plan and sim card?
A: Many of the phones we offer (UGTI'S OWN SMARTPHONES) are "WiFi" capable, IF you have a phone that is wifi capable, and you are in a spot that the phone can connect to a network, then yes, your phone will work and you will be able to make calls at no cost, and not on the mobile plan that you are signed up for. This could be in your home as it will connect to your broadband, a hotel that offers broadband, some local coffee shops as well. Once you are out of reach of that "hot spot" then the phone will revert to your sim and the calling plan that you are on.
Q: Will any of the new phone products have the ability to connect to your home computer or laptop thus giving you high speed broadband on your home computer or laptop?
A: Yes, you will have this ability with these phones to connect them via a usb cord provided to connect to your home computer or laptop and have high speed broadband.
Q: Are there any family plans available?
A: We do not, at this time, have any family plans available on the flat rate unlimited plans.
