This beautiful bead is proudly handcrafted in Africa and has a base of black velvet opaque color. There is a wild, circular pattern done in tones of white/grey. The pattern and colors vary, so please be sure to look at all pictures we have provided of this beautiful bead.
Fair Trade beads from developing countries are unique works of art. Each of these beads is different from one another, and although they stay within the same general pattern and color, they can vary quite a bit. This is part of the uniqueness of Fair Trade beads- the technology used is not as advanced as developed countries, therefore the techniques tend to be primitive which give the beads their own unique qualities.
One characteristic of Fair Trade beads, due to the more primitive techniques used, is that the beads are not perfect and have their own personalities. Beads may not be perfectly round and although the finish is glossy, beads may have some texture. The cores may not sit perfectly straight, but we have tested each bead on a bracelet and they all sit beautifully. I tend to love the look of handcrafted glass, and these beads are a treasure.
We have included pictures of these unique beads. This pattern is a limited edition. Please note that these beads tend to be 9 - 10mm wide.

This beautiful bead has a .925 sterling silver unthreaded, hallmarked double core. The center hole on this bead is approximately 4.5mm. Beads measure approximately 14 - 15 mm x 9.5 - 10 mm.
This bead is not threaded and can be used with all popular European bead bracelets.
Please bear in mind that every bead is made by hand, and the pattern may vary slightly from the picture. Computer monitor colors can vary from computer to computer, and colors may appear different depending upon lighting conditions.
This bead is from an Italian manufacturer, and is not to be confused with some of the cheaper quality Chinese beads that sellers have listed under names similar to ours. This beautiful bead is not manufactured by any name brand, but has been designed to be used with with authentic branded jewelry.

If you make multiple payments you will pay multiple shipping charges and receive multiple packages. We cannot combine orders after payment has been made.
