I do not know if they were smokers or was sitting in attic for years. There might be a smell to it. I will try to say when I smell an odor, but my sniffer dosent work great all the time and may miss some.    If you receive an item and it arrives damaged, you must notify us immediatly so we can get the claim process started. It can take up to 30 days to receive monies. You must keep the item and all original packaging until monies are refunded. Sometimes the insurance carrier wants the item and other times they don't. We refund you as soon as they are paid by the carrier. We have only had to do this twice in a long time but they both went smoothly.  As you can see by our feedback we try our very best to make this an enjoyable purchase for both you and us. You can return your item within 7 Days of Receipt for a refund if the item is not as described. Alot of people are returning just because they paid to much or they decided they don't want it.
