Book is in very good condition with just a couple minor mentionables.
Spine ends are weak and chipped.  A few small chips on spine.
Corner edges bumped.

Binding is tight and solid with all pages
accounted for and firmly attached.  No writing or scribbling,  no
rips or tears, no folds or creases, no odors.  Pages are nice and clean.
Book is square and solid (no tweaks).
Any wear is certainly well within expectations coupled with age.
