This 114 year old book is in terrific condition with just a couple

very minor mentionables.   1.) Some of the Gilt has worn off

the front cover and spine as shown in photos.  2.) X-mas

gift inscription on ffep.   Nothing else to declare.

Binding is tight and solid with all pages firmly attached.

No writing or scribbling other than inscription,  no rips,

tear, folds, creases, no odors.

Book measures approx. 4 3/4" X  7 1/4",  318 pgs.
