Book is nearly 100 years old and in terrific condition

except that I don't believe that the spine cover is

original.  It looks like a piece of some kind of black

tape.  Book binding is solid with all pages firmly

attached.  Inside the book is excellent from cover

to cover.  Page tops are beautiful and brilliant gilt.
