This is an amazingly beautiful set of flatware with the original box!  There is a serving for 8 and a total of 70 Pcs. The pieces are in wonderful shape--although they do need a good cleaning I think. The box has marks on it from age/wear, but nothin major. I think it's made of mahogany. The inside of the box has its original lining--looks like silk and velt? No tears, rips, etc.  I remember being at my Aunt's house on very special occasions and this is what was on the "grown ups" table.
