ABOUT THE RASTA BEANIE

History indicates that people have been wearing the Rasta colors of green, yellow, and red from as early as the 1930s . The colors and their meanings were spread widely throughout the world during musical tours in the 1970s by Bob Marley, a champion and adherent to the Rastafarian lifestyle who proudly displayed the colors of Rasta.

The red stands for the blood of all living things in the world. 

The gold represents the treasures in the world that people cherish. 

The green is for the earth that all people walk on, to which Rastafarians feel a special connection.
