HOW TO USE:

* Wet Eyeshadow... Wet a lipbrush or sponge applicator and blot it Apply in

criss - cross motions over the eyelid/eye crease/browbone area.(Apply dry

shadow over for a longer - lasting effect.)

* Wet Eyeshadow as eyeliner - Wet a lipbrush or sponge applicator and blot it.

Brush back and forth to line. (Apply dry shadow over for a longer
