 Our throttle bodies are engineered to outflow the competition and have proven over time to be the most reliable unit available.  It's easy to port a LS1 Throttle Body, it's hard to port it for maximum performance. There's a very fine line between an exceptional LS1 Ported Throttle Body and one that's a paper weight.  This is why many competitors are very conservate on their porting.
