This is a 2.8" Smithonite piece.  It was found in the famous Kelley Mine in New Mexico.  Which was considered the ultimate source.  Being long since closed.  This specimen has a very thick coated-lush color.  A very nice display piece to add or start your collection.  (Batroidal)  Thanks for looking!
