This is a Blue Smithonite Specimen from the Kelly Mine.  This piece was obtained from a graduate student from the School of Mines and Technology in South Dakota who did his thesis on the Kelly Mine Smithonite veins.  It is thick and lush ceruscean blue color.  An awesome specimen!  It is very gemmy.  It weighs 17 oz.
