DESCRIPTION: This is the First in the Brother Cadfael series about a medieval monk who solves murders (think Sherlock Holmes in the middle ages wearing a robe)! It was also a PBS Mystery series many years ago!
You are bidding on a paperback book in Near Mint condition. This book shows no wear and it is complete and intact. There are NO tears, cuts, marks or writing in or on the book. It does show signs of age (very light yellowing of pages) but it was stored in a snap lock tub so they are minimal. It was read once, very carefully by my wife and put away. We are clearing out the house and our loss is your gain.

SHIPPING SPEED should be based on how fast the seller gets it to the shipper NOT how fast the shipper gets it to you. The COST of SHIPPING includes more than just postage. IF you want FREE (?) or CHEAP SHIPPING please DON'T BUY FROM ME (I could use cheap manila envelopes, stick stamps on it and drop it in the mail but unfortunately could not offer insurance with that option.)! My fees are in line with Amazon and other reasonable shippers and for the SPEEDY SERVICE you get I believe its worth it. If you disagree please shop with cheaper (but not necessarily better sellers). REMEMBER nothing is truly FREE (Amazon's FREE shipping can take several weeks to arrive SO it costs you time and may come poorly packaged. I know I've used it).
