What Is It?
Silicone Bakeware is a type of baking pan made out of silicone. These products have a somewhat rubbery consistency and can be made in any colour. They have a great many advantages over traditional metal bakeware.

Flexible Silicone Cooking Ties - So Many Uses!
- Dimensions: 36cm (14.25 inches) long x 4mm wide at head with 10mm balls on ends for securing.
- Set of 4 ties in attractive bright Colours - Blue, Green, Pink and Yellow.
- No retention of flavours or odours.
- Very easy to clean.
- The bumpy texture of the ties helps the ties to grip onto the food and hold without slipping.
- Heat resistant from –40°C to 260°C. - can be used in the freezer, fridge, conventional oven or microwave
- For larger purposes, such as very large roasts, you can join 2 ties together as required

Many advantages over ordinary string, twine and cocktail sticks including:

Some precautions and limitations to remember:
- Not to be used over a gas flame or electric heating element
- Not to be used under a grill
- Not to be used in a rotisserie
- Not to be used over the naked flames of a BBQ.
- Do not allow the ties to hang over the edge of a pan onto a gas or electric burner.
- Avoid overstretching – this may cause them to loose their flexibility or they may break - they are not elastic bands!
- Do not use any sharp objects to unloop or unfasten the ties.
- Do not lift the food using the food tie
