VINTAGE EGG SHAPED SILVER PLATE WATER PITCHER    Measures 13.5" TALL X 22" Round at mid body narrowing down to 12" at base. Its an egg shaped design with a gargoyle mouth piece. It has a floral leaf design around the pitcher. My client silver plated this pitcher in 1978 with a lacquered finish costing $350 at the time to do so but its getting tarnished again 30 years later. It has normal dings,dangs n some splits now. He paid $950.00 for it in 1974 The bottom is stamped Patented by JAs STIMPSUN 1854 NO. 1715 MFD Plated by REED & BARON Reflections are from lighting.
