Traditional Head-dresses of Ukrainians

On the stamps – head-dresses of the Middle Naddniprianschyna, Polissia, the Land of Hutsul, Bukovyna, Prykarpattia (11- early 20 с.). Maiden head-dresses (for the most part garlands) were notable for splendours, multicolored and variety of material. Women head-dresses were completely covered hair. The most commonly used – namitka, kerchief, ochipok – at all times were differently worn in every region of Ukraine
