New with tags ASOS asymmetrical skater skirt! Has a ruffle hem. The fabric is poly/nylon but looks just like shantung silk and has a sheen. Beautiful rich blue color. Size 6, which is a small. Has flaw: 1/2" threadbare area on the back next to the zipper seam. The seam can easily be pulled in to conceal the flaw. Thanks for looking <3
