We only accept returns of faulty items which must be returned with all original packaging and in the condition it arrived, there will be no refund of postage costs (unless item found to be faulty) if when tested th item is not faulty we will charge a 20% handling charge to cover costs.(Please note: DVDS CDS and PERSONALISED items cannot be returned)
