If you are not at home when your delivery is attempted, you will receive a card providing contact details of the Post Office or Delivery Company. It is essential to call them as soon as possible as items are normally held for 4 working days before being returned to sender. Returned items incur additional delivery costs and we will not redeliver unless we are reimbursed for these charges. We do not refund shipping costs for non-delivery unless it is due to our fault or the fault of the shipping company.

5) Goods found to be faulty will be refunded (once tested) in full (excluding shipping costs).
