CCIE No. 2738, is a Principal Consultant with International Network
Services (INS) and a networking instructor for the University of
Phoenix-Online. He has an MSEE and a BSEE. Anthony is the co-author of
the CCDA Exam Certification Guide, the author of CCIE Routing and
Switching Exam Certification Guide, and a contributor on Network Design
and Case Studies, Second Edition (Cisco Press).
Jacqueline Kim
is the Product Manager for IPLogic, LLC. She numerous certifications
such as the CCDA, CCSA, and CCSE. Jacqueline is the co-author of the
first edition of the CCDA Exam Certification Guide, and Network
Management for Cisco Environments (Cisco Press).
