I'm taking the plunge and am switching my power tools to Festool - so I'm selling my cordless tools.  This is a RYOBI 12V cordless drill HP412 - comes with charger and battery.  It's only been used in my woodworking shop as a backup drill - hasn't been on the road to work sites etc. It is fully working but seems to lose battery strength after some usage (15-20 minutes).  Sold as is.
