This is the third in Department 56's North Pole Series special edition to spell C L A U S.  

In 2006, Department 56 introduced a special series of five North Pole Village buildings.  The first letter of the first word in the five names combined to spell CLAUS.  This building, Augie's Christmas Carols  is for the letter A.  The remaining buildings are Candy Cane Corner, Light the Way - Santa's Beacon, Ulysses The Christmas Bell Maker and Santa's Paper Snowflake Studio.  

This appears to be unused.  All pieces are still in their original plastic wrappings and they are in the original styrofoam box and sleeve.  The series was introduced in 2006 retired 2009.
