Shipping- Orders received before 2pm PST Monday- Friday (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) will ship the same day. If your order is placed after 2PM PST Friday it will be shipped on the following Monday. We reserve the right to ship from our shop or one of our many distributors (To get your order to you the quickest). Combined shipping is gladly excepted, we ask you contact us and ask for a total for all products purchased before check out. Back Orders- Occasionally some products are back ordered. When this happens you will be notified by e-mail and all option will be explained and you will be able to decide what works best for your situation.

Returns- Returns must be received within 14 days and accompanied by an R/A #. Contact us for the number. We will gladly refund your purchase price due to manufacture defect or error on our part. If you have an issue with the product other than defect or an error on our part please contact us we will evaluate each case on a one on one basis.
