Joseph. J.A. Watson & R. A. Reid. Providence. No date but circa 1880. Cover taped to binding, externally worn, as shown. Closed tears and chipped corners. General rubbing and signs of usage. Interior shows some browning. Text and illustrations clear and bold. Good condition and consistent with that book grade. "Dedicated to the Memory of Mother Goose." "Price, 15 cents" listed on title page. A charming collection of children's poems, accompanied by detailed illustrations. Scarce. No record of any other copies found. This an obscure and fragile children's book, difficult to obtain.
