VERY GOOD to FINE, & MINT+ condition, but for some light external abrasions, as shown in the pictures. Hinges fully attached and sound. Extremely Fresh. Slight general rubbing. A later blank front endpaper removed. There are no signs of previous ownership. Clean, bright, crisp. Free of foxing.

An early edition of this classic work. Very well preserved. Includes a small biography by Lloyd Osbourne.
