VERY GOOD, Near Mint Condition. Exceptionally well-preserved. Hinges fully attached and strong, with the Publishers reinforced internal hinges to withstand their weight, some rubbing. Some general rubbing. Interior is clean, very bright and fresh. No writing or previous signs of ownership, but for the original manufacturer's / seller's bookplate. About free of any trace of foxing. Thick quality paper and well laid-out, making this set a pleasure to read. Columned-text and almost 928 pages each, with an index. This is a remarkable and very impressive set.
